Expro’s mission is well flow management. We provide services and products that measure, improve, control and process flow from high-value oil and gas wells, from exploration and appraisal through to mature field production optimisation and enhancement.

With a specific focus on offshore, deepwater and other technically challenging environments, we provide a range of mission critical services across three key areas:

  • Subsea, completion & intervention services

Learning and development

One of Expro’s strategic goals is to create a motivated and prepared workforce, proud to join and be part of Expro as employer of choice. To achieve this we attract and develop talent who embrace Expro’s values and ensure that we engage with our employees at all levels.

Our Human Resources (HR) and Learning & Development (L&D) departments work closely together to support Expro’s vision globally.

This includes a structured development programme for all employees, incorporating:

  • Employee Development Plan (EDP) – strategic objectives, development objectives and performance behaviour. The EDP empowers employees to succeed in their current job and to develop for the future. A career aspiration discussion is at the heart of the EDP enhancing our succession planning and talent management processes.
  • Management Development Programme (MDP) - The Management Development Programme (MDP) is a comprehensive programme, developed by Expro’s L&D dept, to develop Expro’s managers who will grow and improve the business and drive the company to greater success in the future.
  • Graduate Development Programme - Expro’s L&D team has also launched a new Graduate Development Programme (GDP) to identify and develop high-calibre graduates within Expro. The GDP puts graduates through a structured development programme which has been designed to select, train and expose new graduates to all the relevant learning and experience necessary for them to move into a senior operational position at the end of the programme.
  • Fast Track Forces Programme – our Fast Track Forces programme is designed for ex forces personnel who are interested in developing their career within the energy sector. This is currently focused towards our Well Testing and Commissioning product line, but is being rolled out to our Subsea product line shortly.
