Notification to Third Party Staffing Agencies

Thank you for your interest in providing hiring services to Expro. The following information applies for all Expro Group entities. We do not accept unsolicited resumes from Third Party Agencies. Presently, we work with a group of approved vendors who support our search and recruitment requests.

Please note that Expro does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies. In the absence of a signed Master Service Agreement, Expro will not consider or approve payment regarding recruiter fees or referral compensations. In the event a recruiter or agency submits a resume or candidate without a previously signed agreement, Expro explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidate(s) without any financial responsibility to the recruiter or agency.

How to become an approved vendor?

Our vendor list is reviewed annually or as business necessities demand. To be considered as an approved vendor for Expro please submit the following information to

  • An overview of your organisation's scope of services
  • Your location(s) and contact information
  • Ownership information
  • Company history such as the date your company was established
  • Area of specialty
  • Proposed pricing
  • Details of existing clients / references that you are permitted to disclose
  • Additional items or information you would like us to review (i.e. Diversity supplier or minority indicator)

Recruitment Scam Alert

It has come to our attention that various individuals and organisations are contacting people offering false employment opportunities at Expro.

This may be through bogus websites which appear to be connected to Expro or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from Expro. These emails request recipients to provide personal information and make payments to progress false applications. You may be asked to complete bogus recruitment documentation, such as application forms, terms and conditions of employment or visa forms. The Expro name and logo may be featured without authority. You may be asked to provide bank account details and other personal information to other websites / email addresses (purporting to be banks, travel agencies, courier companies, visa/immigration processing agencies etc.)

Expro does not ask for money transfers or payments from applicants to secure a job, either as an employee or as a contractor. You should not respond to these bogus communications or provide financial or personal information to anyone you do not know.
