Expro’s ADS team have several methodologies and analysers for the determination of mercury. The technique and analyser used will be selected according to the type of sample and limit of detection required. ADS has the ability to determine mercury in gases, condensate, black oil, water and solids at its laboratory or where required offsite/offshore.
Our ability to measure mercury in the liquid hydrocarbon and produced water as well as the gas fraction offshore gives ADS customers a complete mercury overview at well testing and later during production. Where necessary detailed analysis can be conducted to give information on the form of mercury present and advice on the implications of species and concentrations observed.
