A compact reliable CO2 and H2S gas analyzer housed in an explosion proof package. Designed for a variety of in-line gas monitoring from Expro Test Separator and process control applications. It will send a clean signal to the Expro EDGE-X System.

Analyzer for CO2 and H2S measurement consisting of:

• One (1) micro-processor based Rosemount Model 500GC analyser unit on back panel and mounted in a heated, NEMA 4 stainless steel cabinet enclosure (ranged 0-200,000 PPM H2S +/- 1% FR accuracy and 0-15% CO2 +/-1% FR accuracy).
• Two (2) isolated analog outputs (4 – 20mA)
• Analyser configured for 220 VAC, 50 Hz, Explosion proof-Class I, Division 1 Groups electrical area inside the cabinet.
• Customer responsible for power to Analyzer
• Auto zero
• Self diagnostics
• High and low alarms
• 50 meters electrical power cable
• Interface with Expro EDGE-X system for real time monitoring.
• Graphical user interface program to configure and control the analyser.
• Pressure reduction at the sample point that lowers the water dew point and decreases the sample lag time.
• A heated oven is controlled by an integral temperature controller. The set point is automatic to keep above the stream dew point.
• The sample line uses a self-limiting, Class I, Div. 2 heating element.
• Outdoor analyser box is explosion proof and all interconnecting cables are water proof.
