Commenting on the announcement, Charles Woodburn CEO, said: “We have received several unsolicited indications of interest for our C&M business leading us to explore strategic alternatives with a view to securing the best outcome for our shareholders, customers and people. The process is at an early stage and may or may not result in a sale.”
