Expro today announces that after more than 21 years of working at Expro, Chairman Graeme Coutts will retire this month.
Graeme joined Expro in 1990. During his distinguished career he has held several prominent senior executive roles including; President Western Hemisphere and Chief Executive Officer, before taking over as Executive Chairman in 2008.
Graeme will step down as Chairman and member of the board of directors of Expro International Group Holdings Ltd on 31 July 2011.
The Company is currently conducting a search for a new chairman and will announce the appointment at the appropriate time.
