Reporting a suspected or actual breach
Any third parties who know of or suspect there is:
• a violation of any applicable local or international law, the Expro Code or any other Expro
directive or policy; or
• any unethical behaviour related to Expro or its customers and suppliers; or
• any questionable accounting or breach of key internal controls, should report it via the
anonymous and confidential Business Conduct Reporting Line.
The Business Conduct Line is run by trained operators who are not Expro employees.
Information you provide using this service will be promptly transmitted to the Chief
Compliance Officer for evaluation.
